RCM Maritime was founded and operated by a specialized team of U.S. Navy veteran officers and Master Mariners educated in the most recent trends and challenges facing the maritime industry. We design programs that are relevant, current, and success-oriented using the most modern technology and the highest teaching standards available.
Our goal at RCM Maritime is to improve the standard of your workforce by providing students with valuable, quality training through our courses and programs. Our instructors bring a wealth of education, skill, knowledge, and industry experience to our classrooms. With a passion for teaching and an unmatched charisma, our teachers are dedicated to our students and will work as hard as possible to ensure their success both in the classroom and in the field.

ADVANCING MARITIME EDUCATION THROUGH GIVING
RCM Maritime is proud to announce the launch of the RCM Foundation, our newly established 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This designation marks a major milestone in our mission to make high-quality maritime training more accessible to all. As a nonprofit, we are now able to accept tax-deductible donations and apply for grants that will directly support mariners through scholarships, program enhancements, and expanded training opportunities.
